Present in the Now

May we be present in the "now" moment as truly that is all we have. Being present with those we are with, what we are doing, what we are thinking and how we are speaking has an affect on others and ourselves. I believe the now moment is truly where God is calling us to be.

Cramming too much in, not being able to say no, rushing thinking we can achieve more can create the opposite effect. Often we busy ourselves so as to not feel either pain from the past or the present. Kindness includes honesty and truth. May we honor ourselves and others with a calm presence of the "now".
